pvl.hosts.interface: sub-interfaces for a host, which are not associated with any separate domain/network 
# Compiling mibs for pysnmp:
    ./opt/bin/build-pysnmp-mib -o usr/mibs/HP-ENTITY-POWER-MIB.py tmp/hp-mibs/hpEntityPower.mib

# Running with pysnmp mibs:

    PYSNMP_MIB_DIRS=usr/mibs/ .../pvl.hosts-snmp ...
