(svn r2886) Rename the "owner" attribute to "m1", because when it stores an owner it is accessed by [GS]etOwner anyway and when it doesn't store an owner, but arbitrary data, accessing a field called "owner" is confusing.

Add several missing chars:
- ?/? (S with hacek, all sizes)
- ?/? (Z with hacek, all sizes)
- ?/? (OE ligature, all sizes)
- ?/? (eth, large font was missing)
- ?/? (thorn, large font was missing)
- ? (male ordinal sign, all sizes)
Also move ? (Y with umlaut, all sizes) to the correct position in the charset
To add some chars it was necessary to shuffle some OTTD specific chars (arrows, transport type markers) around
